Program Details
If you are looking to incorporate structure and consistency into your workouts, a semi-custom plan may be right for you. You will perform the same workouts each week during the eight week period to promote maximum consistency. We will work together to create a plan that works with your lifestyle and availability.
By understanding the science and biomechanics of movement, we can tailor a program to ensure you see maximum results. If you desire a workout plan designed for you, but wish to execute without one-on-one personal training sessions, this option is for you.
