Semi-Custom training programs are available based on your goals and fitness level. Starting at $99.

  • Program Details

    If you are looking to incorporate structure and consistency into your workouts, a semi-custom plan may be right for you. You will perform the same workouts each week during the eight week period to promote maximum consistency. We will work together to create a plan that works with your lifestyle and availability.

     

    By understanding the science and biomechanics of movement, we can tailor a program to ensure you see maximum results. If you desire a workout plan designed for you, but wish to execute without one-on-one personal training sessions, this option is for you.

    • Gym or home options
    • Number and type of workouts customized to fit your schedule and lifestyle
    • Great option for anyone with previous injuries or limitations as well as those working towards specific fitness goals
  • Accountability Coaching

    Add Accountability Coaching to your program for weekly check-ins (in-person or virtually) to keep you motivated and help you reach your fitness goals.
