The Fully Custom Program includes very specific workouts and new goals periodically throughout the program. We will focus on resistance and cardio training progression throughout the twelve weeks to deliver maximum results.
Program design as well as exercise order and selection is a key component in the Fully Custom Program. We will design a program based on your specific weight loss or aestetic goals while incorporating the science of human movement to promote the best results. This option does not include one-on-one personal training sessions.
