Many times the greatest challenge for individuals when embarking on their fitness journey is staying consistent. 12 weeks provides ample time to create healthy habits and build consistency.
Options for both gym and home based training are available. The 12 Week Program strength training component is split into upper and lower body movements designed to target all major muscle groups. The cardio portion of the plan features both steady state and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
In addition to the strength and cardio training plans, nutrition tips and weekly empowerment mantras are included.
